At KC Full Circle, we believe that managing a healthy weight is a critical component of your overall health and well-being. We offer comprehensive weight loss programs that include education, personalized care, and medication to support your goals. Simply put - we’re here to help you live your best life and become your best self. We take a “full circle” approach to your health, taking into consideration a variety of factors including lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, current health conditions, and more. We know weight loss is sometimes a struggle through any season and our stress levels are only increasing it seems. We also know that diet has a crucial role in our overall health (immune system, cardiac health, endocrine system). That is why we are putting nutrition at the forefront of our weight loss programs.

Program Plan Options

Note: All program options require a minimum of a six-week commitment.

We prefer all labwork be updated by us as we order in depth testing to ensure your weight loss journey is optimized. Labs will be repeated after 6 months.

Foundation Package - $35/Week

Ideal for beginners looking to establish healthy eating habits or lifestyle changes.

  • Initial Consultation with our Health Coach Daniella Silver (60 minutes)

  • Personalized goals and planning and monthly check-ins, either in person via telehealth

  • Marma 2-pager on health topics and access to recipes through Marma Health. Marma Health offers OB-GYN-approved nutrition guidance for women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and hormonal cycles. They provide personalized nutrition plans, recipes, and expert support to optimize health at every stage.   • Discounts on other self-pay services including labs, hormone replacement therapy, and nutraceuticals.

    Note: This does not include labs or a medical provider visit

Balance Package - $65/Week

Ideal for those wanting to deepen their knowledge or nutrition and overall health to maintain balance

  • The Balance package includes a consultation with our health coach, a personalized plan, access to Marma Health, and discounts on self-pay services.

  • 30-minute consultation with Provider

  • Unlimited access to Health Coach and Medical Provider through HIPAA portal

  • Access to our private Facebook page for recipes and building community

  • Basic lab panel & review (You can use your insurance for labs if you would like or we offer discounted cash pay rates)

    • Hemoglobin A1c , CMP, TSH, FT3, Lipid panel

    • GI Map Testing that is mailed directly to your house

    You will also receive a lab review follow-up by one of our providers for further suggestions and recommendations.

Transformation Package - $135/Week

Individuals ready for a significant lifestyle change and want medical weight management.

  • The Transformation package includes everything in our Foundation and Balance Packages.

  • 30-minute initial consultation and monthly visits with Provider

  • 6-weeks of medication management by our providers (any level of compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide or oral medications)

  • Unlimited access to Health Coach and Medical Provider through HIPAA compliant portal

  • Access to our private Facebook page for recipes and building community

  • Basic lab panel & review (You can use your insurance for labs if you would like or we offer discounted cash pay rates)

    • Hemoglobin A1c , CMP, TSH, FT3, Lipid panel

    • GI Map Testing that is mailed directly to your house

  • Weight loss programs are self-pay services with payment due at each appointment. Depending on medication choice and insurance coverage patients may choose to self-pay for medication or use their insurance benefits.

  • There are several effective weight loss medications currently approved by the FDA. Each patient is unique and has specific benefits for certain types of heath conditions. Your provider will guide you through the options and help you make the best decision.

  • Both! You may utilize our compounding pharmacy or get your prescription through a retail pharmacy. Benefits of using a compounding pharmacy include:
