What is a Certified Nurse- Midwife?
Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) are educated in accredited graduate-level midwifery programs and pass a national certification exam. CNMs work in hospitals, birth centers, offices or clinics, and the home. They provide care during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum and also care for newborns. CNMs also provide reproductive and primary health care which includes physical exams, birth control, menopause care, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, and other health problems.

Based in Overland Park, Kansas, she is the proud mother of three children. After experiencing a traumatic hospital birth, Daniella became a passionate birth advocate, dedicated to ensuring that others do not face similar challenges. Her mission is to empower you to achieve the birth experience you envision, whether at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital setting. With her comprehensive training and personal experience of working in a birth center for many years, Daniella offers compassionate, informed support to guide you through every step of your birth journey.
